About the Role

The Nail Bar & Beautique is a luxury all-women boutique nail salon and spa in St. Augustine, and we're hiring a Receptionist & Guest Concierge to anchor our front desk.

You'll be the first person our guests see and the voice on the other end of the phone. The role requires someone who is organized, warm, dependable, and genuinely good with people. If you take pride in being the kind of person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes while making every guest feel taken care of, you'll do well here.

What You'll Do

Greet guests as they arrive and check them in for appointments

Answer phone calls, respond to texts and emails, and book appointments through our Phorest scheduling platform

Manage the daily flow of the salon: confirmations, reminders, rebookings, and guest follow-up

Process payments, sell retail products, and handle basic point-of-sale tasks

Keep the reception and retail areas clean, organized, and presentable throughout the day

Offer refreshments and attend to guest needs during their visit

Support the technicians and management team with light administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

2+ years of customer service experience (salon, spa, hospitality, or boutique retail is a plus)

Previous front desk or reception experience preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable learning new software quickly (Phorest experience is a bonus, not required)

Reliable, punctual, and professional in both appearance and attitude

Able to multitask in a busy environment without losing composure

Positive attitude and a genuine interest in the beauty industry

Great team player
