Position Summary

Blondie’s Salon & Spa is seeking a licensed and detail-oriented Nail Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will provide exceptional nail services—manicures, pedicures, gel applications, and nail enhancements—while delivering a luxurious and personalized guest experience. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, professional, and passionate about the beauty and wellness industry. This position offers a flexible schedule, ongoing education opportunities, and the chance to grow within a supportive and high-end salon environment.
Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

  • Conduct personalized consultations to assess client needs and preferences
  • Provide high-quality manicures, pedicures, gel services, and nail enhancements
  • Educate clients on nail care, product usage, and at-home maintenance
  • Maintain detailed service notes, product recommendations, and guest preferences
  • Encourage repeat business through exceptional service, follow-up, and rebooking
Goal Setting & Performance Tracking

  • Participate in monthly one-on-one coaching sessions with salon leadership
