Can I be a salon assistant without a license?

Requirements vary depending on the specific duties and location.

What are the typical responsibilities of a Salon Assistant during a busy workday?

Salon Assistants play a vital role in supporting stylists and ensuring smooth salon operations. On a busy day, you can expect to greet clients, wash and condition hair, restock supplies, sanitize workstations, and assist with appointment scheduling. This hands-on experience not only builds your technical skills but also helps you learn about salon workflows and customer service, paving the way for future growth in the beauty industry.
