In the luxury goods markets, JENNIFER TATTANELLI is synonymous of exclusive, excellently designed, artisanally crafted goods with the highest quality and an excellent service to its customer.
The Retail Coordinator will support the daily functions of a retail stores, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes. They handle administrative tasks, manage inventory, and act as a liaison between the Store Team and HQ office in Florence. This role is crucial for maintaining consistency in customer experience and upholding company standards. 
At the end of the first season based on the performance achieved, the retail coordinator will be invited for a week training in our HQ in Florence-Italy.
Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Administrative support: Manage daily office operations, handle communications, maintain documentation
  • Inventory and merchandising: Oversee inventory control, order and receive stock, manage custom order projects
  • Store support: Coordinate the weekly scheduling process and handle store maintenance issues
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the store and HQ departments
  • Reporting: Prepare and review reports on inventory, and store standards for management
  • Process improvement: Help implement new customer experience initiatives and create guides for store procedures.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 - 5 years of luxury retail experience
  • Experience in a retail, operations, or administrative role is often preferred
  • Experience with inventory management, scheduling, and point-of-sale (POS) systems is beneficial
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends (when needed it)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess and uphold a friendly, positive and professional behavior
  • Must be able to lift boxes, move selling floor fixtures and climb stairs
