About the RoleResponsibilities
TheRelationship team within theFunds Groupcontributes to Wellington Management's mission by deliveringfirst-classclient serviceto clientswho invest inWellington'ssponsoredfunds.Theseclientsrepresentfinancial advisors, USwirehouses,endowment, foundation, family office, corporate, and public funds relationships invested in commingled pools including Wellington Managed Funds - US,Wellington Trust Company NA,Wellington ManagementFunds - Global,WellingtonUS RegisteredFundsand Wellington Alternative Investments.This role will focuson clientsinvestedwithinWellington'sUSregisteredinterval and tender offerfundsandthe successful candidatewill be the key point of contact for financial advisorclients.
The Investor Services Analyst willwork as part of a teamresponsible for butnot limitedto:coordination of clientaccount openings andclosings, client reporting requirementswiththefund reporting team,responsible for protecting the validity and accuracy of theclientdata,RFIs,cash flows, capital calls, distributionsandotherdirectclient interactionsonservicingitems. Toaccomplishtheseresponsibilities, theInvestor Services Analyst is expected topartner closelywith otherparts of the businesssuch as Internal Wholesalers, Relationship Managers, FundServices, FundReportingand the wider Funds Groupteamto ensure the client'srequirements aremet.
Specific responsibilities includebut not limited to:
- Coordinate administrative aspects of onboarding/offboarding of fund investors
- Coordinate new deliverables viathe delivery management platform and/orwith Fund Reportingteamincluding documentation of procedures
- Complete recurring tasks such asoperational due diligence questionnaires andrequests for information
- Oversee coordination of fund-related queriesfrom clients, adhering to strict SLAs
- Communicate fund-related information to investors
- Provide support to fund investors for client portal access, passwordresetsetc.
- Supportfund documentation changes
- Contribute to fund investor specific projects, including system enhancements and process improvements
Qualifications/Attributes
Theideal candidate for therolewill have:
- Minimumof 3-5yearsexperienceinthe investment management industry,in areas ofclient serviceoroperations, with experience with US Registered/40 Actinterval and tender offer funds
- Strong relationship building and collaboration skillsand thecuriosityto learn
- Ability to cope under pressure within ahigh volumeenvironment
- Sound business judgementandthe ability to synthesize complex issues and effectively balance competingobjectivesand risks, and the ability to think creativelyto solve business problems for clients
- Strong communicationand presentation skills
- Project management skills, influencing,team-orientation,consensusbuilding,and strongquantitative,writtenand verbal communication skills
- IT skillssuch as python coding or SQL are an advantage
- Acollegedegree isrequired

Our approach to compensation considers all aspects of total compensation; all employees are eligible to receive salary, variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is:
USD 80,000 - 150,000This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
Base salaryis only one component of Wellington's total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
