Profile Summary:

The Investor Relations Analyst will support the IR team primarily in the preparation of material for the quarterly earnings calls and investor engagements, gathering and analysis of market data, and strengthening our competitive intelligence. The Investor Relations Analyst will also assist the IR team in the accurate and timely delivery of information and insight between Voya and the investment community.

Profile Description:

  • Produce comprehensive qualitative industry, peer, and Voya-analysis, including financial and performance measurements distributed to senior management.

  • Help articulate the company's strategy, financial results, growth opportunities, and business initiatives to current and potential shareholders and analysts.

  • Drive the collection and analysis of relative stock price movements, investors' and analysts' perceptions and opinions, and stock ownership.

  • Support market research and competitive analysis as well as deliver market intelligence to key partners.

  • Contribute to investor communications materials for events such as quarterly earnings, non-deal roadshows, conferences, and investor days

  • Leverage AI and related analytical tools to improve personal productivity, enhance research and analysis workflows, and elevate the quality and timeliness of team deliverables.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • BA / BS in Finance or Accounting or Business-related degree

  • One to three years of full-time work experience in financial services.

  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with ability to synthesize and interpret large data sets.

  • Adept at Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and ability to audit analyses and models, including valuation work.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with Finance partners and senior management.

  • Ability to multi-task, thrive in a fast paced, environment with a commitment to delivering high quality work.

  • Demonstrated ability to use AI and related productivity tools to streamline work, improve efficiency, and support highquality analytical and communication outputs.

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently on given tasks.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
