Description
The Urban Dove Summer Academy is an 8-week paid internship program that gives college sophomores and juniors the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working in alternative education environments. Interns will be placed in one of two professional pathways:
All interns will receive weekly professional development, mentorship, and direct exposure to the Urban Dove mission, model, and impact.

We fuse a robust academic curriculum with sports-based youth development, ensuring our graduates receive a diploma, a stepping stone for higher education, and essential job skills.
