Position: Apartment Leasing Trainer
Location: The Monastery (Corporate Office) – Mt. Adams, Cincinnati, OH
Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
Pay Rate: $24 - $26/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus incentives
*Note: This position requires travel, including occasional overnight stays to various communities and offices.
Who You Are:
- 1+ year of property management experience.
- Yardi software knowledge is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
- A valid driver's license, auto-insurance, and reliable vehicle for work use.
- Flexibility to travel as needed across our diverse portfolio.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide training and support for new hire Apartment Management and Yardi users, including backup training for other Towne Plus programs and community leasing support.
- Assess training needs and create/update training materials to effectively train groups and individuals.
- Create and maintain training schedules in accordance with changing business needs.
- Gather trainee feedback to assess understanding and adjust training methods as needed.
- Maintain training records and provide evaluations and feedback to trainees and management.
- Document required procedures for each community and pursue continuing education to enhance property management knowledge and training skills.
- Serve as the point of contact for Apartment Yardi and perform related support duties.
