Job description
Graduate Assistant will assist the Director of Recruitment and Communications and his team with a range of projects for the Graduate School of Education.
Responsibilities- CRM system:
- Send Marketing emails and text from marketing director to alumni and prospective students
- Update the lead and lifecycle for the sales qualified and marketing qualified lead
- Duplicate contacts
- Call and follow up with the people who RSVP for the events
- Collect Website information regarding the school
- Create a poll for the events (surveys)
- Assist Program Director in (but not limited to):
- Maintaining Student Files
- Categorizing Alumni/Students' Lists
- Maintain brochures in display areas
- Marketing/Admissions:
- Sales Message (front end work)
- CRM system
- Air Call international phone calls
- Current Touro graduate student.
- Good written and verbal communicaion in English
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Positive character, flexible, and reliable
- Ability to learn new software and tools as needed
- Knowledge of graphics design and web software a plus
