Position Specific Summary
The Office of Student Life (OSL) is seeking a part-time Student Project Assistant III to support the Student Success team in retention, student engagement, and special projects. The position will be responsible for assisting with retention and enrollment efforts, creating, editing, and disseminating student communication, document management, event and program planning (including Admissions events, New Student Orientation, and Graduation), and student engagement. Special projects will include tracking career outcome data for accreditation and marketing purposes. The Assistant may also be called upon to assist with additional Office of Student Life projects.
Standard Position Description

The student will assist in the management and leading of special projects. Tasks may include: leading and organizing mid to large scale projects, designing project timelines and goals, performing research, coordinating with stakeholders and the project team, reporting updates and outcomes with project leaders, building and organizing leadership development programs for students, managing student staff. Special projects or other duties may be assigned related to specific departmental needs.
