Job description

Job Summary
The Graduate Assistant, Health Sciences will provide administrative and professional support to the department.
Job Description
Typical duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist with departmental administrative tasks and projects.
  • Support faculty and staff with scheduling, correspondence, and organization.
  • Maintain and organize departmental records and files.
  • Support department events, meetings, and activities.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and other materials.
  • Assist with student and faculty communications.
  • Help coordinate departmental projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct basic research or information gathering as assigned.
  • Provide general office and program support.
  • Assist with special projects related to Health Sciences.

Additional Job Description
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be a current FGCU graduate student cleared to receive an assistantship.
  • Must be in good conduct standing with the University.

Schedule: Up to 20 hours/week, with a preference for morning hours, Monday-Thursday.
