Description
You're a proactive problem-solver and have the ability to make customers feel like your friend.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment. Support is provided, but not limited to, patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel.
This role will work on a hybrid schedule, 2 days in our Morrisville, NC office and 3 days remotely.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20-23 per hour. The range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual pay will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance
