Sonic Drive-In Now Hiring Operating Partner/Manager

Sonic is looking for experienced restaurant managers seeking a monthly profit share based on a great performance.

Imagine not chasing an elusive annual bonus. With many of our single-unit operators earning over 80k annually through our monthly bottom-line bonus and distribution program. You will be in control of your income.

Having recently won Franchise of the year against over 3600 locations, our multi-state, nearly 100-unit strong franchise is looking to grow our footprint. We are looking for entrepreneurs, not managers.

Taking ownership of hiring.
Developing their team level of service, profitability, and overall performance of their restaurant.
