We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Architect with strong expertise in S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation, Engagement Management, and Delivery Leadership. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial processes, cloud-based ERP deployments, and demonstrated success in leading customer-facing engagements across various project lifecycles.
Requirement

  • L ead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP FICO modules (GL, AR, AP, AA, CO-OM, CO-PC, etc.) in S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • Someone with Medical Devices Manufacturing Industry Experience is required
  • Work closely with customers to understand business requirements, translate them into system configurations, and deliver optimal solutions.
  • Provide thought leadership on best practices for finance transformation using S/4HANA Cloud.
  • Manage client engagements, ensuring alignment of deliverables with project scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Own project delivery across all phases - blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and hypercare.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for key users and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, architects, and business analysts.
  • Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and system optimizations.
  • Prepare and present status reports, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications:
12 + years of overall SAP FICO experience, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations in S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Strong expertise in core FICO processes - GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center/Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, etc.
Experience with Fit-to-Standard methodology and configuration in S/4HANA Cloud (Public Edition).
Demonstrated success in engagement management - stakeholder handling, project governance, issue resolution.
Strong background in project delivery , preferably with Agile or Activate methodology.
Understanding of Integration touchpoints with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PS) and third-party systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
