About the Role

We are seeking a Senior NetSuite Consultant to join our Managed Services team and serve as a trusted advisor to our growing portfolio of NetSuite customers. This role is ideal for a highly experienced consultant who thrives on solving complex problems, optimizing system usage, and delivering continuous value across multiple engagements.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, troubleshoot issues, enhance their NetSuite configuration, and help them evolve their platform post-implementation.

What You’ll Do Client Advisory & Support
  • Serve as the primary functional expert for assigned clients, providing ongoing support across Finance, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, or other applicable modules.
  • Manage and prioritize a queue of support requests, enhancement needs, and small‑scale projects.
  • Conduct regular system reviews and recommend optimization opportunities aligned with client business goals.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely and accurate resolutions.
Configuration & Solution Delivery
  • Design, configure, and deploy NetSuite enhancements including workflows, forms, saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and custom records.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for custom scripts, integrations, and complex solution design.
  • Execute small‑to‑medium‑sized projects, such as module rollouts, new subsidiaries, customizations, or process redesigns.
  • Perform data imports, configuration updates, functional testing, and documentation.
Relationship Management
  • Build strong, proactive relationships with client stakeholders and serve as their go‑to NetSuite advisor.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews to provide insights, roadmap recommendations, and value-driven updates.
  • Clearly communicate timelines, risks, and requirements to clients and internal teams.
Quality & Governance
  • Follow internal delivery and change management processes while ensuring SOX and audit compliance where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, configurations, test results, and client communications.
  • Support continuous improvement by contributing to internal knowledge bases, templates, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For Required Experience
  • 5+ years of hands‑on NetSuite consulting experience, including configuration and solution design.
  • Strong expertise in at least two of the following process areas: Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory & Fulfillment, Projects/SuiteProjects, Manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated success supporting NetSuite clients in a Managed Services, Optimization, or Continuous Improvement environment.
  • Experience managing multiple clients and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Multilingual- Spanish and English-C1
Skills & Competencies
  • Deep understanding of NetSuite configuration tools (workflows, saved searches, KPIs, forms, roles, dashboards).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic advisory work with hands‑on configuration and support tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
  • SuiteFoundation, Administrator and ERP Consultant certifications.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams on SuiteScript, integrations, and APIs.
  • Prior experience in Professional Services or SaaS environments.
