Job Summary:

Opportunity for an emerging communications professional to work with the Seton Hall University Advancement communications team at the start of an ambitious 9-figure fundraising campaign. Gain impressive experience for your resume by working alongside communications professionals as they prepare a campaign brand and build a University-wide culture of philanthropy through communications strategy. You will be at the table as strategic decisions are made and will help with the creation and curation of content designed to get alumni and supporters excited about University priorities and amplify their desire to invest.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Take the lead on creating collateral such as written documents, presentation decks, videos, ad copy, social posts, web pages, and more
Project management and tracking; staying on deadline
Desk research
Organization of materials, digital and hard-copy.

Required Qualifications:

Firm knowledge of grammar, usage, and document formatting
Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Organized, attention to detail
Discretion, accountability, responsibility, professionalism
A strong work ethic and proactive spirit, eager to take initiative

Desired Qualifications:

Graduate student in Communication, Marketing, or English
Digital design skills
Video production experience
