What You’ll Do
- Support recruitment and onboarding operations for new hires
- Coordinate employment-related administrative processes
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and employees
- Partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and department leaders
- Help create a positive and welcoming onboarding experience
- Maintain accuracy, organization, and confidentiality throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or Certificate required
- Associate degree preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of recent clerical or administrative experience preferred in Human Resources, Employment Services, or healthcare
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications- Require minimum of one (1) year of recent related clerical/administrative experience; Preferably in a Human Resources Division or Employment Office of a similarly sized health care institution.
