What You’ll Do

  • Support recruitment and onboarding operations for new hires
  • Coordinate employment-related administrative processes
  • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and employees
  • Partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and department leaders
  • Help create a positive and welcoming onboarding experience
  • Maintain accuracy, organization, and confidentiality throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Certificate required
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year of recent clerical or administrative experience preferred in Human Resources, Employment Services, or healthcare
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

- Require minimum of one (1) year of recent related clerical/administrative experience; Preferably in a Human Resources Division or Employment Office of a similarly sized health care institution.
