Position OverviewWe are hiring driven Sales Representatives to work from our Queens office, handling inbound and outbound opportunities with business owners seeking financing.
This is a 1099, commission-only role designed for individuals who:
- Are confident on the phones
- Know how to control conversations and close deals
- Want to earn well above average income in a performance-based environment
You will guide business owners through the funding process and help secure the capital they needwhile building your own pipeline and income.
What You'll Do- Make outbound calls to small business owners seeking funding
- Handle inbound inquiries and qualify potential clients
- Understand business needs, cash flow, and funding goals
- Present financing options clearly and confidently
- Overcome objections and close deals over the phone
- Manage your pipeline from first call approval funding
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to maximize deal flow
- Experience in:
- Inside sales, phone sales, or financial services (preferred)
- Merchant cash advance (MCA) or business funding (strong plus)
- Strong communication and closing ability
- Confidence handling objections and asking for the deal
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment
