RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR POSITION SUMMARY: A Restaurant Supervisor with The ONE Group is responsible forproviding support to all staff and supervising the restaurant operations in theabsence of and in addition to the Management Team. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Opening and closing restaurantprocedures.

Opening and closing cash outs. Ensure Guest satisfaction. Assist with seat assignments andmaintaining flow of service.

Ensure side work is complete and therestaurant is up to company standards prior to the start of service. Work with 3 party vendors to purchasebeer, wine & spirits. Demonstrate the ability to establish andmaintain beer, spirits & wine pars.

Assist with taking guest orders andexpediting in the kitchen when necessary. Address customer concerns and escalatesthem to management if necessary. Assist with maintaining appropriatestaffing levels throughout the duration of service.

QUALIFICATIONS/PRIMARY JOB REQUIREMENTS: A natural leader who has stronginfluence and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow company recipes &standards, as well as train others. Must be self-disciplined and reliableand have a guest fist mentality.

Excellent communication skills and theability to multi-task. Previous serving and/or bartendingexperience in an upscale lounge or busy restaurant. Micros POS, Microsoft Office andOpenTable knowledge is a PLUS.

Previous cash handling experience.
