General Manager

The General Manager provides strategic and tactical leadership for their restaurant. This leader must maintain operations and drive results in his/her/their restaurant through people development, positive Guest experience, cost control, and sales/profit growth. The General Manager must recruit, hire, train, and develop Team Members that share the La Provence/Petite Provence mission. The General Manager must convey the La Provence/Petite Provence culture to his/her/their team and be a creative team player who is passionate about hard work, having fun, and demonstrating sincere dedication to the success of the brand. General Managers are responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities including customer service, profitability and quality assurance.

La Provence/Petite Provence is an independently owned and operated locally.

Requirements Include

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Proficiency in English
• Oregon Food Handlers and OLCC certifications
• Excellent mathematical skills
• Able to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours)
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Stamina and availability to work 45 to 55 hours per week
• Prior restaurant management experience preferred. Prior restaurant experience is required.
• Open availability and flexible schedule. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, evenings.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Compensation:

• 70k starting wage (after probationary) with bonus opportunities.
