PeachPro Fiber, a trusted and preferred dealer for AT&T Fiber internet, is seeking a Telecom Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. We operate with a unique Core 5 targeting strategy that places us directly in front of clients who are in the "high probability to buy" phase. This typically includes individuals moving into new homes they are either purchasing or renting.

At PeachPro, we believe in building strong community partnerships with leasing agents, lenders, builders, real estate agents, and model home attendants. This approach ensures a steady stream of both inbound and outbound leads. Nearly 100% of our customer base will be choosing AT&T Fiber internet, giving us the opportunity to introduce additional value-add services like TV service with DIRECTV Stream and home security/automation solutions from ADT.

Job Role:

As a Telecom Sales Consultant, your role will involve assisting customers in finding the perfect telecom solutions to meet their needs. You'll have the chance to build lasting relationships with our partners who exclusively choose to work with PeachPro because of our unwavering commitment to professionalism and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients in the high probability to buy phase.
  • Educate customers on AT&T Fiber internet and other PeachPro services.
  • Tailor solutions to meet individual customer needs.
  • Collaborate with community partners to generate and nurture leads.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • A passion for helping customers find the right telecom solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.

PeachPro is an industry leader in customer service driven sales for top brands like AT&T, DIRECTV, and ADT. AT&T Sales Managers are responsible for making cold calls on potential clients through a variety of tactics. CSMs will continue ongoing relationships in new build communities within an assigned territory footprint. These relationships are the backbone of the position and serve as very valuable lead sources for sales opportunities. In addition, various outside sales tactics such as door-to-door selling will be incorporated to maintain a steady workflow. As with any commission-based sales job, income potential is extremely high for motivated individuals. Hospitality background is a big plus. The CSM role is perfect for candidates with a background in restaurants, waiter/waitress, and bartenders. CSMs make a high amount of quality contact in a single work day. Position is full-time and candidates will be expected to work 40+ hours each week. Some evening/weekends may be required as need dictates.
