The Technical engineering Manager (Front-End/Back-End) is a dynamic leadership role responsible for fostering a high-performing culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across engineering teams. The Engineering Manager partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering execution with business strategy, define and deliver on key OKRs, and drive forward-thinking technology solutions. This role involves leading talent development, staying ahead of emerging trends, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring excellence in execution for both Front-End and Back-End initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with strong communication and influencing skills, a deep technical background, and proven success in guiding engineering teams to deliver impactful results.

The salary range for this role is $141,218.77 to $209,161.18 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay-for performance company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
