About the Role
Orchard is looking for a growth-minded Director of Product Management to help us unlock new and innovative ways to scale our business and deliver a seamless experience to consumers in our marketplace: home buyers and sellers. In this role you will rely on customer conversations, data, qualitative insights, creative thinking, and experimentation to build products that convert customers through the funnel and consistently exceed their expectations in their home sale journey. You will work closely with talented designers, engineers, sales people, marketers, real estate agents, and operations teams to build industry-defining products that deliver on Orchard's mission - to provide the most stress-free, fair, and simple way to buy and sell a home. The ideal candidate has experience building impact-driving products in a growth stage company and is comfortable vibe coding product prototypes.

The pay range for this position in Atlanta, GA is $180-230K/year. The actual base pay offered may vary within the range provided depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
