Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience in Business Operations and expertise in MS Excel. The ideal candidate will excel in a hybrid work model, contributing to the optimization of business processes and driving impactful results. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

Job Description:
Performs as a Product Owner, liaisons between business and technical teams across multiple locations
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document product features and user stories
• Communicates story detail and priorities and ensures that the team aligns and agrees on a final iteration plan
Write both functional and technical user stories for the Digital Pharmacy and / or Clinical Journey Project.
• Owns Acceptance criteria of requirements and stories in a product backlog
• Supports in prioritization of product backlog items depending on their business need
• Collaborate with UI/UX Architects, Technical Leads/Project Managers and Business teams for project requirements
• Conduct Demos and presentations to various stakeholders
• Manage Impact analysis and communication, alignment of solution with business needs
• Own the Quality Assurance of product across releases
Participate in the Iteration Retrospective, where the teams gather to improve their processes

Pharmacy knowledge is nice to have, not a must.
