Our Sales Partners are boots-on-the-ground professionals who engage with homeowners, educate them about roofing solutions, and help them navigate insurance claims and repair needs. You’ll be meeting with clients, knocking doors, generating leads, and closing deals — all while being part of a supportive team that truly has your back.
This is a full-time role based in the Raleigh area. You must be available for team meetings and able to travel to appointments and job sites daily.

- Collaborate with Sr. Sales Partners on high-value opportunities
- Maintain detailed records using our CRM (Roofr)
- Use tools like Hail Recon and Google Workspace to stay organized
- Continuously practice your pitch and grow your knowledge of GAF roofing systems
- Stay present and active on team communication platforms (like GroupMe)
- Attend weekly meetings and training sessions (Mondays at 10AM)
- Represent NTR with professionalism and integrity in your appearance and actions
