Description
Join our team as an IT Support Specialist in Audubon, PA, where you'll provide essential onsite technical support.
This full-time role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to ensure efficient IT operations.
You will work with a variety of technologies and collaborate with different teams to maintain a seamless IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide second-level technical support for computers, mobile devices, and printers.
Act as the main onsite IT support for high-priority issues.
Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets and coordinate with the asset management team.
Support cybersecurity policies and ensure compliance with IT standards.

Qualifications
