Job Description

Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurants is growing and has an open position for a Restaurant Group Development Coordinator based in Texas. We are seeking high energy, experienced well organized and deadline-oriented individuals to join our company.

** Must reside in Texas (Houston, Austin, San Antonio, New Braunfels, Dallas/Ft. Worth)

Essential Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee 4-5 New store openings annually

· Manage the overall scheduling of new store and remodel projects

· Assist in design and layout of future projects

· Assist with all tasks and assignments related to pre-opening for all internal departments related to new store development and major remodels

· Liaison with construction team to accomplish build out needs

· Manage acquisition and delivery of all Furniture, Fixtures, Inventory and Equipment

· Oversee researching & establishing new vendors as needed

· Manage deadlines and task lists to turnover completed stores to operations

· Oversee procuring all required permits and store inspections

· Manage accurate and project budgets

· Oversee updating and maintaining project store budgets and invoice tracking

· Most Weekends off Monday

· Oversee well developed and already in use systems for project management.

Qualifications:

· Project management experience.

· Result oriented.

· Restaurant operations knowledge, Front or back of the house.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Communication and delegation skills.

· Problem solving skills.

· Must possess a Current Driver license and satisfactory background check.

· Advanced Computer Skills (Full MS Office Suite/ MAC OS)

· Ability to travel (up to several weeks at a time)
