Job description

StellarMettle Placements is looking for a Workday Learning Administrator who will be responsible for the daytoday administration, configuration, and support of the Workday Learning module. This role ensures an effective, scalable learning environment that supports compliance, employee development, and organizational learning initiatives. You will partner closely with the Learning & Development (HR) and Workday IT teams to maintain data integrity, optimize processes, and enhance the enduser learning experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Workday Learning, including learning campaigns, courses, programs, enrollments, and certifications.
  • Manage security roles, domain access, and business process frameworks related to Learning.
  • Maintain learning catalogs, delivery types (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led, blended), and metadata standards.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and partner with Workday AMS or internal IT teams as needed.
  • Support learning-related integrations and data loads (EIBs, reports, inbound/outbound files).
  • Build and maintain standard and custom Workday reports and dashboards related to training, completion, and compliance.
  • Participate in Workday releases by reviewing new functionality, performing testing, and supporting adoption.
  • Document learning processes, configuration standards, and administrative procedures.
  • Create job aids and maintain internal documentation to enable self-service where appropriate.

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Workday, with strong direct experience in Workday Learning.
  • Strong understanding of Workday business processes configuration, security administration, and advanced report writing, specifically within the Workday Learning functional area
  • Workday Learning Certification is a plus
  • Familiarity within integrations and/or Learning content vendors (Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, etc) is a plus
