Job Description

We are looking for a business minded individual to come join our McDonald’s team in Georgia. You will be responsible for supervision of multiple McDonald’s restaurants where you will build and grow your team, set goals, and drive the operational metrics for the restaurants in your patch.

Responsibilities:

Know and supervise all areas of operations for your restaurants.
Set and maintain a high standard in quality, service, and cleanliness.
Delegate tasks and follow up to ensure completion.
Recruit, hire, evaluate and retain management talent.
Grow the business by identifying opportunities in sales trends, operations, and customer satisfaction.
Uphold all company policies and procedures.
