Job description

Imagine One is currently seeking two Technical Leads to support a future proposal effort. The Technical Leads are Engineers who will separately lead efforts for integration, modernization, and sustainment policy, planning, and execution of either: 1) large surface combatants; or 2) amphibious and small combatants. Upon award, work will be performed in Washington, D.C.

on/near the Washington Navy Yard. Experience Requirements: Minimum of 12 years professional experience supporting USN Demonstrated supervisory experience directly overseeing engineers or technical personnel Preferred: 15 years of experience supporting the USN Preferred: Direct experience supporting policy, planning, and/or execution of shipbuilding, integration, modernization, and/or sustainment of either 1) large surface combatants [ex: CG, DDG, and AEGIS Ashore platforms] or 2) amphibious and small combatants [ex: LCS, LPD, LHA, LHD, LSD, MCM, AS, ESB, LCC, and barges] Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field Preferred: Master's degree in science, engineering, or related field Preferred: Professional Engineering license Security Requirements: Active Secret DoD Clearance Imagine One offers a full package of benefits and competitive salary, excellent group medical, vision, and dental programs. 401K savings plan; $4K annual tuition reimbursement ($5K if pursuing master's degree); employee training, development, and education programs; profit sharing; advancement opportunities; and much more!
