Our client is seeking a reliable, polished IT Support Specialist to serve as the face of IT across multiple Austin-area sites. This role blends hands-on support, light systems work, and relationship-building - keeping critical healthcare and professional environments running smoothly through proactive, high-quality service.

Compensation
  • Up to $65,000, based on experience
What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide onsite and remote support for end users across multiple locations
  • Troubleshoot workstations, login/MFA issues, printers, and basic connectivity
  • Image, deploy, and configure devices and user environments
  • Handle user provisioning, access management, and M365/AD tasks
  • Manage and resolve tickets with clear documentation and communication
What You'll Need to be Considered
  • Ability to operate independently in a client-facing, onsite environment
  • Strong professionalism and communication with non-technical users
  • Experience in an MSP or multi-client support environment is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with healthcare or dental IT environments is a strong plus
  • Reliable transportation and ability to pass an MVR check
