Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

As a Sales Agent at Horowitz Real Estate, you'll work with buyers, sellers, and renters across Queens and the greater New York City residential market — connecting people with properties and guiding them through one of the most important transactions of their lives.

  • Prospect, cultivate, and manage a pipeline of buyer and seller clients
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations
  • Negotiate offers and guide clients through the contract-to-close process
  • Develop your personal brand and sphere of influence in Queens and across NYC
  • Collaborate with a supportive team (or operate independently — your choice)
  • Stay sharp on market trends, inventory, and neighborhood dynamics across Queens and beyond
