Job Description:

We are looking to add a Client Service Specialist to join our Property Casualty team in Minneapolis, MN. Offering a forward-thinking, innovative, and vibrant company culture, along with the opportunity to share your unique potential, there really is no place like Holmes!

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.
  • Invoice agency bill transactions for new and renewal policies, monthly installments, endorsements, and audits.
  • Ensure accuracy of invoicing and work with accounting to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Order policy changes from carriers, update agency management system/exposure schedules and set follow-up tasks.
  • Investigates and corrects omitted items and commission differences on premium discrepancies (policies, audits and endorsements)

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 0-1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Licensing: Active state specific Property Casualty Insurance agent's license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.
  • Technical Competencies: Invests in understanding and applying insurance principles to consult with clients and meet their strategic needs. Actively contributes to workflows, processes, and deliverables, using agency systems to provide a world-class client experience and ensure compliance. Able to understand clients, prioritize tasks, manage status, and deliver impactful solutions proactively.

The salary range for Minnesota residents is $52,500 - $70,400. Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience and industry certifications.
