Job description

Job Description
Regions Hospital is seeking a customer service focused individual to support our Care Management department. This position will be full time, Monday-Friday. No weekends or holidays!
This position provides administrative support to care management department to ensure timely delivery of important patient communication and notifications. This position assists with patient chart auditing, as well as collecting and reviewing data related to patient care outcomes. Main focus is to assist care management team (social workers and care managers) with discharge planning.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday,
8 hours
no weekends or holidays.
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree
  • 1-2 years in direct patient care as a Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, Health Unit Coordinator, Patient Care Tech, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years direct patient care as a Nursing Asst, Medical Asst, Health Unit Coordinator, Patient Care Tech, etc.
  • CNA or Health unit coordinator training
