FOH Supervisor

Green Mill Restaurant & Bar in Hudson, WI is looking for one foh supervisor to join our 27 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction while performing duties
• Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
• Proactively assist fellow staff members
• Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met

Qualifications

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in a management role
• Positive attitude

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $20.00/hour.
