Assistant Manager - Great Mall Popeyes

We are looking for motivated Assistant Managers with a passion for guest service to join our growing organization. We are located inside of the food court of the Great Mall in Milpitas, CA

Great Working Hours: The operating hours of the mall are 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday, 10:00 a.m. - 9:00p.m. Friday - Saturday and 11:00a.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Sunday 

No drive-thru, dining room or bathroom responsibility

Assistant Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Directing the daily operations of a restaurant, such as placing orders, daily/weekly inventory, and submitting team member schedules. 

Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation and delivery,            customer relations, restaurant maintenance/repair, team management, recruiting/retention of team members and financial accountability

Ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer

Other duties as required or assigned

Requirements for Assistant Manager:

Minimum of 2 years of quick-service restaurant management experience

Basic computer skills are required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
