Restaurant Managing Partner

We are looking for a Restaurant Managing Partner (GM) who wants to make a difference in people' s lives and be a business partner with a significant growth company. Managing Partner Responsibilities:

• Building solid teams by networking, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Managers and Team Members
• Responsible for the successful and profitable operations of a restaurant
• Directing Management Team, including setting weekly Management schedules and assigning areas of responsibility to the Managers of the restaurant
• Establish and maintain systems to achieve a high level of cleanliness and organization.
• Managing weekly and monthly P&L results.
• Consistently developing Team Members and Managers, including training in employment policies and practices
• Acting as primary liaison with all restaurant vendors and HQ contacts

Restaurant Managing Partner Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Casual or Fast-Casual General Manager or above
• Willingness to make a minimum 3-year commitment to their home store
• Hands-on experience in all facets of FOH and BOH
• Scratch Kitchen experience is a must.
• Bilingual preferred
