Restaurant Assistant Manager - QSR

This nationally recognized brand is known for the highest quality of food, training and structure, and next-level customer service! We are looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager with leadership experience in a high volume and high-pressure environment. This position will report directly to the GM and will oversee management as well as an hourly team of up to 50 ppl. This is a rare opportunity to join a phenomenal and proven QSR concept in midtown Manhattan!

Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest level of quality assurance and safety and health standards
• Lead and engineer the development of a team of 45+, including managers
• Excellent communication, organization, and planning skillsets
• Utilize available data and information to maximize the team' s potential and available opportunities through a strategic and long term approach

Restaurant Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• Must have high volume, hands-on experience in a high energy restaurant environment, 5MM+ in volume
• Strong experience in managing through others, and developing salaried management within the structure of a single location
• Incredible sense of urgency and very high energy
• Passion for and ability to manage high quality in all areas, even in the most high-pressure environments
