Genesis10 is seeking an Ordering Coordinator for a contract-to-hire position with a leading client in Columbus, OH. This is an on-site position.  There are 3 openings.  
Compensation: $20.00 per hour W2.
Job Description:
The Ordering Coordinator is responsible for submitting, processing, and completing various wireless device and service orders across multiple web- and email-based platforms and adhering to client and client service level agreements (SLAs). The Ordering Coordinator works as part of the Ordering Team and will be assigned to several primary clients to manage and operate in backup capacities for other team members as needed. This role requires a high level of attentiveness, adaptability, and willingness to communicate frequently and effectively through different channels, such as email, instant messaging (IM), and telephone. Additionally, this role may be required to obtain various security clearance levels and complete additional tasks assigned by a manager, supervisor, or lead. The role includes but is not limited to completing requested clearance documents within the time allotted, completing assigned training, and attending internal and client-related meetings as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring incoming requests for equipment or services related to mobile devices.
  • Interpreting requests and submitting equipment or service orders to vendors.
  • Utilizing company-specific databases to record data about each order.
  • Performing daily follow-up on existing orders to ensure that all requests are completed accurately and within a timely manner.
  • Utilizing resources and critical thinking to avoid potential issues or delays.
  • Acting as a liaison between customer and vendor to resolve issues and address concerns.
  • Providing detailed documentation of each request/transaction (start to finish).
  • Managing order requests for multiple clients.
  • Building and maintaining rapport with federal and commercial clients.
  • Responding to customer questions related to ordering and shipping.
  • Providing weekly reporting to supervisor related to assigned work.
  • Assisting with tasks to ensure Logistics and client run smoothly.
  • Assisting the Shipping Department with order identification.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. An associate degree is beneficial.
  • At least six (6) months experience with wireless communications.
  • General understanding of smartphone devices and services.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize, and multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently.
