About the Role:

We are hiring a Principal Product Manager for our Accounts and Entitlements backend platform team. This team builds scalable, reusable solutions that power entitlement provisioning, delivery, and management, as well as subscription management and digital access across our ecosystem-not just for endpoint applications, but also for portals, customer support, sales, marketing, and business intelligence.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, customer portals, support, sales, e-commerce, marketing, and engineering. Your role focuses on designing and delivering platform solutions that streamline how users activate, manage, and retain access to our services across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead the evolution of the Accounts and Entitlements platform. Your primary mission will be to minimize one-off implementations, enable automation, and design scalable, reusable solutions that empower users to activate, manage, and retain access to our services with ease. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform's direction aligns with broader business priorities, supporting the needs of our global organization.

Short-term goals: Design modular platform capabilities, translate complex business needs into flexible licensing and account solutions, and drive alignment between technical and business teams. Support the integration and consolidation of multiple brands and technologies into a unified, multi-tenant solution.

Long-term goals: Automate processes, reduce custom development, enhance platform scalability and efficiency.

Objectives

Design modular platform capabilities that scale across brands and reduce the need for custom development.

Translate complex business needs into flexible, extensible solutions for the entire entitlement lifecycle - from provisioning to access and management - closely integrated with account and profile objects.

Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment between technical direction and business priorities.

Identify and reduce manual, repetitive tasks by delivering automation and productized tooling.

Present solutions through clear documentation and visual models that support decision-making.

Manage priorities effectively, ensuring technical capabilities align with broader business goals, and guide stakeholders to reassess siloed priorities when solutions can serve multiple initiatives.

About you:

Proven experience with enterprise architecture, APIs, messaging systems, and databases.

Strong strategic thinking, balancing technical constraints with business objectives.

Experience working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Ability to abstract complex technical challenges into clear, comprehensible concepts and translate them into tangible, user-centric journeys and solutions.

Skills:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on platform or service-oriented architecture.

Own product roadmap planning and execution, balancing short-term priorities with long-term platform strategy.

Problem-solving: Proven ability to analyse current systems and describe a clear path toward next-gen solutions.

Strategic thinking: Strong ability to balance technical constraints with business objectives.

Communication: Exceptional communication skills, able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.

Systems mindset: Focus on scalability, reusability, and long-term value in designing solutions.

Personal Attributes:

Visionary leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for leveraging data to drive decision making.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment and manage complex problem.

Location: Tempe, AZ or NYC (Onsite 3 days per week)
