Job Description

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager (1 Full time / 1 Part time) FOH to join our team. You will help wait staff deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations.
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Mange restaurants good image and suggest ways to improve it.
  • Control operation costs and ID measures that cut waste.
  • Promote the brand in local community.
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant manager or similar role.
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager.
  • Food & beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.
  • Familiarity with restaurant mgmt. software like Aloha
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Acute financial management skills
  • Hospitality mgmt.. and/or Business degree is a plus but not necessary..
