Customer Service Representative

Do you enjoy helping people and problem solving? If you can evaluate customer needs and provide creative solutions, join our team in the quick-sign industry as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organized and have strong communication and time management skills. Familiarity with G Suite (Gmail and calendar primarily) and Windows 10 is important, as are basic measuring and math skills. You must have solid typing ability and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. We offer a competitive wage and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and profit sharing. Previous sign industry or customer service/sales experience a plus.  Responsibilities include: 1)            Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in, email, and telephone customers.2)            Consult with and be a resource for customers during the purchasing process.3)            Have a complete understanding of pricing and be able to create and follow up on estimates.4)            Master the FASTSIGNS product offerings and be able to recommend the best fit for the customer’s need.5)            Manage current accounts and work to establish additional relationships.  6)            Complete all paperwork and follow established center procedures from initiation through completion of a project (i.e., Work Order, credit approvals, POS system entry, pre-payment collection, artwork approval, delinquent account collection, reporting).

7)            Communicate with customers on order status and changes in the production schedule.

8)            Establish and maintain effective team relationships with all support departments.

9)            Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues.10)         Conduct Quality Assurance on all Work Orders.11)         Maintain an attractive retail environment (clean, organized and functional).

 

 

Hours – Full-time, Monday through Friday between 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
