1919 Kitchen and Tap Assistant Restaurant Manager, Lambeau Field

**The Opportunity**

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our 1919 Kitchen and Tap team at Lambeau Field, Wisconsin. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day restaurant operations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Coordinate and supervise activities of all associates including training and performance development. + Verify sales reporting and payroll accounting reports; prepare various cost and operational reports. + Maintain proper implementation of sanitation procedures and standards. + Ensure that maintenance of all equipment is completed when necessary. + Ensure effective operation of areas at all times.

**Qualifications**

+ Associate degree preferred with emphasis in business or food service management. + At least three years' food and beverage management experience required. + Knowledge of food preparation and inventory control procedures. + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + Basic organizational and mathematical ability and be familiar with operation of standard food and beverage equipment.
