Overview Sales Development Representative. Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Direct Hire. Location: 100% Fully Remote.

Reports to: Director of Sales. Travel: None. Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr.

Starting compensation: Base starting at $50k/yr + Commission & Bonus. This role involves joining a fast-growing team within a national restoration company, focused on expanding our B2B services and driving growth through lead generation and high-quality appointments with key decision-makers. What You'll Be Doing As an Sales Development Representative , you'll be on the front lines of our expansion, directly driving growth by generating leads and setting high-quality appointments with key decision-makers in the B2B space.

This role combines strategy, tenacity, and hustle, ideal for someone who loves to talk, educate, and win.
