Line Cook / Back of House Team Member

Chick-fil-A Wendell Falls

Starting Pay: $10–$12 per hour (based on availability and experience)

At Chick-fil-A Wendell Falls, our Back of House team is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality food with speed and precision. Line Cooks play a critical role in maintaining excellence during peak hours while upholding food safety, cleanliness, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare and cook Chick-fil-A menu items according to brand standards
  • Follow recipes and procedures with accuracy and urgency
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
  • Properly handle, store, and rotate inventory
  • Keep workstations clean and organized
  • Work efficiently during high-volume rushes
  • Communicate clearly with Front of House and leadership
  • Support team members to ensure smooth operations
