This is where you come in...
Your Impact
As CRG's Assistant General Manager your core responsibility will be to create and maintain a positive environment for both staff and guests. As the Assistant General Manager you will collaborate with the General Manager to manage labor costs, implement policies and procedures, and supervise all Front the House (FOH) staff.
Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:
Supervision: Responsible for aiding in the supervision of all FOH staff, including but not limited to assisting with training, performance evaluations, goal-setting, task management, and discipline. Responsible for creating FOH schedule, managing time-off request protocol, and shift cuts.
Guest Experience: Aid in the management of the whole guest experience.Educate and supervise all FOH staff on guest interactions. Acquire a deep understanding of the online ordering system and menu items to successfully guide guests through the ordering process..
Operations: Assist in the management of service quality and consistency; including but not limited to both in-house and take-out orders. Implement CRG company-wide policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with the General Manager to help manage labor costs, order company supplies and goods, and communicate with company vendors.
