Our food is so good that we want everyone to try it. This
is where you come in. Can you sell ice to an Eskimo? If so, we want you
to rock our Growing Arizona market! Our Field Marketing and Sales Managers are
out on the road every day, getting our delicious food into people's
mouths! From visiting local businesses to attending special events, these
out-of-the box go-getters do their darnedest to build our brand and drive sales. You
will be responsible for driving revenue by creating innovative sales building
initiatives to meet New Store Openings and Comp locations sales goals.
Willingness to Travel - we're
expanding across the country and are looking for someone willing to get out in
the field wherever that may take you. This job is based in Arizona.
What We're Looking For:
*
Bachelor's degree (preferably in marketing or
communications) or commensurate combination of education and work experience
*
Two to three years' experience in sales, especially
making onsite visits, or in a field marketing or event planning capacity; prior
experience in the hospitality industry a plus
*
Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal and
influencing skills
*
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Salesforce
or a similar CRM platform
knowledge
is a plus
*
Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
*
At least 21 years of age
*
General
knowledge of core marketing concepts and competencies
*
Operational
mindset with strong interpersonal skills
*
Strong
brand and financial acumen
*
Expert
time management and project organizational skills

Field Marketing and Catering Sales Manager Responsibilities:
*
Promoting New Store Opening (NSO) team by being in the
field, visiting surrounding businesses, schools, medical offices and so much
more.
*
Collaborating with, and assisting, NSO general managers
in building strong community relationships.
*
Building and Maintaining relationships with Catering
Clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs and anticipating
new marketing opportunities.
*
Achieving sales targets for Catering and NSO projections.
*
Analyzing reports, metrics and results for catering sales
and new store opening sales.
*
Executing, creating and implementing new innovative sales
building initiatives.
*
Working closely with the Director of Catering Sales to
achieve results.
*
Collaborating with the NSO and Marketing teams.
