- Responsible for leading architectural design, modernization, and delivery of enterprise .NET-based solutions while driving legacy system transformation and cloud adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the roadmap for system and solution architecture, ensuring transition from legacy to cloud-native environments.
- Maintain code quality through code reviews, architectural governance, and hands-on mentoring of the development team.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between customer stakeholders and nearshore/offshore engineering teams.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs.
- Provide technical guidance, unblock development challenges, and support distributed engineering teams.
- Lead refactoring and rewriting of localized C++ code into a unified .NET solution.
- Drive migration of legacy Oracle databases to Azure SQL while ensuring data integrity and scalability.
- Standardize platform for global usage including internationalization, localization, and compliance with Eurocode standards.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and promote engineering best practices.
- Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery speed and quality.

- Strong leadership experience in guiding distributed nearshore and offshore teams.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on legacy system modernization and refactoring.
Skills:
- Expertise in .NET Core and .NET 8+ with modern C# development.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture and Microsoft Azure microservices.
- Experience in Oracle to Azure SQL or similar large-scale database migrations.
- Familiarity with C++ for legacy system analysis and code translation.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing.
- Knowledge of internationalization (I18n), localization (L10n), and Eurocodes.
