Position summary:
The Associate Engineer with CAD experience is an entry-level engineering position where the primary responsibility is to create detailed 2D and 3D designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software, working closely with senior engineers to support project development while applying engineering principles to translate conceptual designs into production-ready drawings, requiring a strong understanding of CAD functionalities and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
CAD Modeling and Drafting:
Develop detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using specified CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit) based on project requirements and design specifications.
Design Support:
Assist senior engineers in the design process by creating preliminary sketches, developing design variations, and modifying existing designs as needed.
