Job Description

We are seeking a fully-vaccinated IT Technician/Representative to join our team!

This is a full-time position.

The hours are as follows:

Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

Provides support to end-users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel & client requests for technical support.
Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Identifies and solves client problems and improves the service delivered by CML.
Takes on added responsibilities to manage and administer customer support systems and departmental systems.
Works with other department team members to ensure good cross-communication and cross-training.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

1+ years demonstrated effectiveness in a similar role
Degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred, but not required)
Excellent knowledge of PC-based hardware and software systems, including LIS, CRM, PM & Billing software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
